droppin.social is a real-time local platform for public signals tied to a place and time, including questions, offers, plans, announcements and discussions (“Spots”). By accessing or using droppin.social you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten or discriminate against other users.
• Use droppin.social for illegal activity.
• Spam, scrape or abuse our systems.
• Impersonate any person or organisation.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting you grant droppin.social a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the platform. We do not sell your content to third parties.

6. Location data

Public Spot pins are intentionally approximate — your exact location is never exposed to other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle location data.

7. Safety

droppin.social cannot guarantee the accuracy of user content or the conduct of any user. If a Spot leads to meeting in person, choose a well-lit public place and protect private details. Read our Community Guidelines before responding to a Spot.

8. Disclaimers

droppin.social is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app.
